
The cost is based on weight. It changes based on daily currency fluctuations. The individual item shipping charge is shown to you on the product information page. The total shipping charge is shown to you during checkout. When items are combined in an order, the total charge per item reduces as the items are shipped in one package, so buying more than 1 item is beneficial.



This is an estimated guideline only. We do not guarantee any delivery times due to it being beyond our control. For low volume pre-order items, high demand back-order items or high-value specialty items, the order fulfillment time may be longer. However, we always endeavor to fullfill your order as quickly as possible. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

You can contact the courier once you have a tracking number to get an eta of package arrival.

- Provide a clear address where someone will be home
- Consider shipping to your work address
- Ensure that you are contactable on the provided phone number
- Once order is shipped, have a look at the estimated date of arrival with the courier company
- If you live at a difficult address, provide additional delivery instructions into he order comments section when you checkout online to assist the courier to find you
- Do not worry if you will not be home to receive your delivery. If the courier company missed you, they will leave a card in your letterbox, contact you via phone, and re-attempt delivery 3 times. If after the 3rd delivery attempt the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the local courier depot until contact is made with the courier company. If no contact is made after 14 days, the package will be returned to us. You will be liable for any subsequent shipping and restocking charges.
