HOW TO ORDER

In order to promptly ship your order to the door, we need accurate delivery information and instructions. We ship exactly to the address provided into our system under the "Ship To Address". Any other instructions placed under "Order Comments" will also be followed as closely as possible.

In Stock - Items are in stock ready for dispatch. We do not anticipate delays on these products, however, occasionally there can still be short falls in stock usually with rapid moving stock.
Back Order- Items are out of stock. You can still buy these items and as soon as stock is available, it will be shipped to you. You can also pre-order upcoming models before their release date so that you can be ensured that your item is dispatched as soon as it is released.
Reserve Stock - Items are low volume, high value or specialist items. We ask that you contact us before ordering these items. We will check the stock level and give you the ok to order the item. This will minimize delays.

ORDER PLACEMENT STEPS

Navigate to the product you are interested in either through the navigation, or the search function.
Make sure the product is "In Stock". This is indicated on the left hand side of the page. If the product is on "Waiting List" or "Reserve Stock", you can still order, however, please expect delays as the item is not immediately available. For "Reserve Stock" items, please enquire about availability before purchase.
Select your optional accessories such as memory card, bluetooth, carry case at the bottom of the product information page.
Click "Buy Now", "Back Order", or "Reserve Stock" to place your item and extras into your "shopping cart"
You can add further products to your cart as necessary by selecting "Continue Shopping", alternatively select "Checkout"
If you select "Checkout" you will be taken to a secure SSL encrypted area of our website
For existing customers enter your email address and password to sign into our site. For new customers select "Create Account"
If a new customer, enter your details and select "Continue"
Delivery Information - Your delivery address and shipping charge is shown here. You can change your delivery address if needed. If all details are correct select "Continue"
Payment Information Select payment type – credit card or Paypal. If you have a coupon code, enter it here. If all details are correct select "Continue"
Order Confirmation - Here you will see a summary of your order. Please check all the details. If any details need adjusting, click edit in the section that needs modifying. If the details are correct, select "Confirm Order" and your order will be logged into our database, and then you will be guide through credit card and Paypal processing.
