Q.How long does it take to deliver my item?
A.It will usually take 2-10 days from receipt of payment to delivery of your goods. However, delivery locations in ODA (out of delivery) areas may experience further delays due to the nature of the courier companies.

Q.Why does it take 2-10 days to deliver my item?
A. This allows for any delays such as high order processing volume in our warehouse, stock shortages, shipping delays, customs clearance.

Q. Can I buy shipping insurance?
A. To best protect your investment we suggest you add shipping insurance at check-out point, Shippers only cover $100.00 for any damages happened to the shipments.

Q. How do I receive my package?
A. We will email you tracking information once it is shipped out from our warehouse. You should check up from online to make sure the delivery time and have some one at home or office to receive and sign the package. Please note that Etech Depot will NOT BE LIABLE on loss, stolen or any damages to the shipment if the shipment is not signed by some one from your household or office.

Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping for each item is displayed on the product information page and is also shown during checkout.

Q. What does my mobile phone, Digital camera or Digital video camera come with?
A. Mobile phones and cameras we ship come with original outer box, standard travel charger, and user manual. Certain models also come with memory card or data cable. Generally, we supply the standard package as supplied by the manufacturer. You may add additional options to your product on the product information page when place order.

Q. Are your phones unlocked to any network?
A. Yes, all of our phones are totally unlocked.

Q. Are your products genuine?
A. Yes, all of our items are 100% genuine, the exact same items as found in your local store, except much cheaper.

Q. If an item is out of stock how long does it take so long before I can receive the item?
A. Please contact us for an ETA on more stock.  Some of products are re-stocked daily. Some items take a little longer especially for popular items and high-end professional items.

Q. How often do you update your catalog?
A. Daily. We consider catalog accuracy very seriously. We manage and monitor accurate stock indicators. However, sometimes products are much more popular than anticipated and we have temporary shortfalls of stock.

Credit Card Transaction Security

• When paying with Paypal or Credit Card, you may be asked to provide additional security information.
• You may be called to verify your order details.
• All orders are screened for fraudulent activities.
• No payment information such as credit card numbers is stored on our servers.
• Our website uses the latest security software available and is regularly updated.
• You are not able to modify your delivery address after the order has been placed in our system.

Q. Why are some of your items listed for cheaper prices on shopping directories?
A. We may have adjusted our pricing. The cost price of products changes daily.
Q. How are you able to offer prices so much cheaper than a usual retail store?
A. Retail shop fronts have a much larger overhead than an online store. We also move a large volume of stock which is why we get good discounts.
Q. Can you lower your price on any items?
A. No. Unfortunately we have already set the lowest price possible on the product. However, our prices change weekly, and usually drops as each week passes. We rarely have price increases unless some stock buy price increases, or if the Australian currency is weak. It is best to check our website weekly. We update our catalogue daily.
Q. Can you reduce your prices upon special request for large quantity orders?
A. Contact us and we will be able to assist you further regarding this matter. Also with SLR and lens inquiries we may be able to work out package deals.
Q. Is your listed price included state sale’s taxes and import duty?
A. To cut down cost many items are shipped from our warehouse from overseas, however we are not authorized to handle custom duty and have no information on it.  If you have any questions regarding custom duty applied to your purchase, please consult with U.S. custom or your local tax agency for information on merchandises that are shipped in from overseas. Residents in the State of Ohio will be charged for 6.5% sales tax when you place an order. If you are not residents in the U.S. you may be responsible for taxes of your country.

Q. Can I return the product I bought?
A. It is your responsibility to technically understand the product that you order; because of the nature of the merchandises we do not process returns based on no fault. Therefore please make sure that you fully understand the technical specificatons of the product before place order.
Q. If the product is damaged due to shipping or I found deffects on the product, how can I return it?
A. You may return damaged products due to package damages or products with defects within 2 business days after you receive the package. However you must file RMA and get return permission from us before send it back to us. Please note that it is your interests to examine the products upon receving them, since electronic products are very sensitive and easy to be damaged, we will not process any claims based on damages or defects after 2 business days once the products are delivered.
We also reserve the rights on judging if the defects or damages are from the manufacturers or mis-handling by the buyer. Shall we decide that the damages are from mis-handling by the buyer, the product will be returned to the buyer and the buyer will bear all costs related to the shipping.
